AMUKURA KIZHANGU CHOORNAM / அமுக்குரா கிழங்கு சூர்ணம்

Amukkara Kizhangu Choornam is Siddha Medicine used for the treatment of rheumatic disorders, insomnia (sleeplessness), and male infertility due to oligospermia (low count). It contains a single herb NATTU AMUKKARA (also called Ashwagandha), so it has strengthening actions and all properties of Ashwagandha root powder. It reduces inflammation and alleviating pain.

Dosage:

Mix 2g of Amukkara Kizhangu Chooranam with 150ml of hot milk or hot water and drink before bedtime. Add palm sugar or honey to enhance the taste, if required.
